At Aretii Naturals, every product is poured and blended with love, and we take great care to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.

We want you to adore your purchase, but please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at info@aretiinaturals.com.au within 7 days of receipt with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once reviewed, we’ll happily arrange a replacement, refund, or repair in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Conditions

  • Refunds and exchanges are only available for faulty or damaged items.

  • Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

  • Shipping costs for returns (unless due to our error) are the responsibility of the customer.

We pour every fragrance with care, but if something isn’t quite right, rest assured we’ll make it right.

Your Rights

This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
