Where are your products made?
Every Aretii Naturals creation is lovingly hand-poured and blended in Sydney, Australia. Each product is crafted in small batches to ensure the highest quality - poured and blended with love, from our hands to your home.
Do you use essential oils or fragrance oils?
We use premium fragrance oils designed for safe, long-lasting home use. This lets us create complex, layered scents that feel as luxurious as they smell.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship Australia-wide, with free shipping on orders over $100.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We dispatch orders within 2–3 business days (excludes weekends & public holidays). Delivery times depend on your location, but you’ll be updated every step of the way.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You’ll receive a tracking link once your order leaves our warehouse.
Candle FAQ's
What are your candles made from?
Every candle is hand-poured with 100% pure coconut wax - never blended with soy, paraffin. This means a cleaner and longer burn, and a better scent throw.
What sizes do your candles come in?
We currently offer two sizes:
210g - approx. 40 hours burn time
310g - approx. 60 hours burn time
How do I get the best burn from my candle?
Trim your wick to 5mm before lighting, allow the wax to melt to the edges on the first burn, and never burn longer than 4 hours at a time.
How long will my candle last?
With the right care, our candles will give you up to 40 or 60 hours of fragrance (depending on the size).
Wax Melt FAQs
What are your wax melts made from?
Just like our candles, our wax melts are crafted from 100% coconut wax for a clean, powerful fragrance.
How do I use wax melts?
Simply place one or two strips into your wax melter (electric or tealight) and let the fragrance fill your space.
How many strips should I use at a time?
This depends on the size of your wax melter but we recommend starting with one strip and adding more if you’d like a stronger scent.
How long does the fragrance last?
Each strip gives hours of fragrance - usually 8–10 hours depending on your melter.
Room Spray FAQs
How do I use the room sprays?
Simply shake, hold bottle upright and mist into the air for an instant refresh.
Start with 1 spray and reapply as desired.
Can I spray directly on fabrics or bedding?
We don’t recommend spraying directly on fabrics. Always spray into the air and let the fine mist settle naturally.
How long does the scent linger?
Depending on the fragrance and room size, it can last from a few hours to most of the day.
Reed Diffuser FAQs
How long do your reed diffusers last?
Each diffuser lasts around 3–4 months, depending on room temperature and airflow.
How many reeds should I use?
Each reed diffuser comes with 5 reeds and the more reeds you use the stronger the scent will be.
How do I make the fragrance stronger?
Carefully flip your reeds once a week to refresh the scent throw (make sure you're wearing gloves so that you don't touch the liquid)
Can I refill my diffuser?
Yes, we offer reed diffuser refills and reed so you can continue to use the same jar.
